The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was served by a very nice waiter however, I would have preferred not to have to walk through a cafe to get to the dining room. I was looking forward to relaxing in a bath at the end of a tiring day site seeing and was disappointed to find there was no plug for the bath so the only option was a shower. Apart from that our stay was very good.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the football stadium where a major game was taking place that evening, hospitals which made parking horrendous and Auditorio de Zaragoza.

I was pleasantly surprised by the high standard of this budget hotel. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and had a big comfy bed with fast internet. Despite being next to hospitals, it wasn't noisy and I slept well. The tram lines were just a few steps away, providing easy access to the city centre.
